Shawn is the CEO of the Wyoming Business Council in Cheyenne, WY. Shawn has been the CEO of the WBC since 2014, prior to which he oversaw a staff of advisors and analysts for Governor Matt Mead, and was the lead architect on Governor Mead's energy strategy "Leading the Change". During his time with Governor Mead's office Mr. Reese also served on the Advisory Council for the Western Governor's Association and was the staff-Chairman for the multi-state Greater Sage Grouse Task Force.
