Committee Meetings

Tonight is members only, no speakers.

You will know that you may be on more than one committee.  Tonight you will meet with your primary committee group.

Last night I found that I had sent out a prior edition of the list.  W ill resend the spreadsheet after this email, showing both by name and by committee, which committee you are on and its membership.  The spreadsheet has two tabs, one showing by name and the second by committee.

The committee start time, next week, will vary by committee.  Your Chair/Director, will advise your committees start time.  All committee meetings will end at 7.30pm when the meal will be served.

There will be no feedback to all club members on the evening.  A ten minute slot will be provided on the following eight weeks for Chairs/Directors to provide details of plans to all club members.  It is hoped that this will improve our communication and will be honed as time goes on.

Committees may be asked to meet outside of the committees night, but this will be up to the chairs/Directors.  If you want to use Zoom for this purpose advise Jerry Casburn who will set up same.
