PLEASE REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ADVISED ABOUT THE MEAL. I NEED TO PROVIDE A LIST OF ATTENDEES TO THE BOTANIC GARDENS.
We will not be meeting at Damien's. Instead, we have arranged for a guided tour of the Botanical Gardens on North Terrace Adelaide
The meeting time will be at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start. We will be able to park on Plane Tree Drive to the North of the Gardens.
The meeting place will be at the Friends Gate (North Gate), also on Plane Tree Drive.
Our guide will be John Sandham the Curator of the Gardens and a Rotarian from Coromandel Valley Rotary Club. The tour will be approximately one hour to one and a quarter hours and will conclude at the Main Gate on North Terrace. It is then a short walk to restaurants and back to the cars. N.B. You will be on your feet for the tour's duration.
Partners will be very welcome to join us.
After the tour I have provisionally booked a private room at The Stag Public House, 299 Rundle Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000. There are, at this stage, very limited numbers.but I will search for other options, either separately or in addition to the Stag, if this is exceeded.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT I KNOW SOONEST WHO WANTS TO STAY FOR A MEAL. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN THE MEAL AND IF YOU WILL BE ALONE OR WITH YOUR PARTNER. IF I DO NOT HEAR BY THEN I WILL ASSUME THAT YOU ARE NOT JOINING US FOR THE MEAL.
