Sierra View Country Club in Roseville, CA

Join us to help give back to our community by playing in one of the most premier charity golf tournaments in Northern CA.

We live, work and give back to make our community a better place.  When we see some of the problems in our community, we strive to be part of the solution.  While addressing homelessness, at-risk youth, local schools and parks, we choose to make a difference for the better.  This tournament is a way to raise necessary resources to address the community needs.

Arden Arcade Rotary Club, together with Granite Bay Rotary Club invite you to play in the Rotary Charities Open at the lovely Sierra View Country Club.  This year’s event includes continental breakfast, snacks and beverages throughout the course, $50 gift card, Buffet dinner, raffle and silent auction.

Joining forces with community members, Fulton-El Camino Park District, and Rich Desmond, Sacramento County Supervisor - Rotary Club of Arden Arcade pruned, painted, trimmed, scooped and otherwise generally beautified Cottage Park.  It was a great day to be outside, being together to improve our community.  photo by Susan Skinner

Lots of Saturday clean-up fun at the Rotary House in Oak Park.  Our club is amongst seven clubs that built and maintain this house for the families of sick children staying at local hospitals.

Exceptional work and smoked food gifts for our National Guard Troops assigned to protect the Sacramento Region from Joe Green and his family.  Support for Joe's program from amazing individual Rotarians and the Rotary Club itself.

This was a great hands-on project for the members of the Rotary Club of Arden Arcade in building the redwood slabs used for refurbishing the dozen benches in William Pond Park. Add in painting for preservation and hauling the old rotted wood away made for a full day. Special shout out to architect and lumberjack Al Cady and Bill Hambrick for being the meat and brains behind this project! And as with most of our projects, a handful of Boy Scouts were there helping in their community!

Rotary Club of Arden Arcade was very happy to put together a three club project to donate a passenger van for local kids programs in the Arden Arcade and greater Sacramento region. We worked with the clubs from Carmichael and Point West to make a district grant project successful.  The vans use and oversight is administered by Fulton El Camino Park District in association with Mission Oaks Park District and the Sacramento Sheriff’s Community Impact Program.  The van has been all over California and Nevada taking kids on adventures that they would not normally get to experience. A big shout out to the community of Arden Arcade and Rotary members for making this project happen.

The Rotary Club of Arden Arcade hosted a great farm to fork presentation today by Kyle Hagerty and Morgan Daily from East Sac Farms! Kyle and the Chef from Ruth's Chris worked together on our lunch out of their Farm! It was a wonderful presentation, lunch with Rotarians and all for a great cause!
The Rotary Club of Arden Arcade's President, Steve Turner, had a great day with Encina High School as their Principal for the Day! Thank you Principal Richard Judge and their amazing staff for giving the community a peek into your work. The students were respectful and "all in" for their future.

The Rotary Club of Arden Arcade worked with the East Sacramento Club and Point West Club on a District Grant to refurbish the Encina High School technology room. We bought new computers, tables, and structural aids. Then repainted and refreshed the entire classroom. It was a wonderful program and its meant a lot for the students at Encina High School.

Special thanks to Kristen Simoes and Channel 3 for highlighting this on their local news program!
