The foundation of Rotary service is based on member participation. To maximize the potential for Rotarians to effectively meet needs in their community, each member of the Club is expected to attend regular weekly meetings and required to attend at least 50%
of meetings each half-year. With over 70 clubs throughout Northern Illinois, 35,000 clubs internationally and eClubs, members can make-up or attend meetings at any Rotary Club in the world.
In order to operate effectively, each member is required to contribute quarterly dues, as well as participate in Club projects and activities, and encouraged to make annual contributions in any amount to the Rotary Foundation in support of the Annual Programs Fund and Polio Plus.
