Members of the Elgin Breakfast Rotary Club will be participating in the Salvation Army Bell-Ringing campaign.
Elgin Breaksfast Rotarians will be ringing bells on Thursday, December 9 from 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. at the Larkin Avenue Walgreens and Jewel stores.
