EBR Receives Changemaker Award!

The Elgin Breakfast Rotary Club received the Changemaker Award at the District 6440 Conference in Milwaukee on April 22nd. Immediate Past President, Mark Billings accepted the award from District Governor, Carlos Frum. The goal of the award is to encourage clubs to make positive and significant changes in their communities and in the world.To qualify for the award, the club completed activities in each of the five areas of service; Club Service, Vocational Service, Community Service, International Service and New Generations Service. Congratulations to all club members for their efforts!
