Four Avenues of Service
This "Avenue" promotes the development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service. It involves the activities necessary to make the Club function successfully and achieve its goals.
Some of the Summit Club Service projects include monthly Saturday morning workdays at the HOPE Center, hosting and club cookouts with visitng G.S.E. Team, semi-annual Movie Premiere Fundraisers with local kids, and holiday social events.
This year we hosted our first annual Summit Girls Fast-Pitch Softball Tournament at Edmond's Mitch Park. Not only did we raise over $1,500 for our foundation but club members had a blast working concessions and spending time rearranging the field dirt! Summit Members Johnny Beech & Malcolm Fowler spearheaded the event and laid the groundwork for hosting an annual tournament.
