Kirsty Gallaher is the Information and Education Specialist for the Division of Forestry and Wildlife.

She worked in environmental consulting  and obtained a Masters in Conservation Biology in South Africa, before moving back to Honolulu, where she has worked for the Division of Forestry and Wildlife for almost 4 years. She is passionate about connecting people to nature and better communicating the Divisionʻs work, precipitating a shift from resource management to outreach and communications. She hopes to continue building innovation into how environmental messages are communicated, using available technology.
