Massive member induction ceremony at Presentation College Chaguanas Interact Club

On Thursday 13th March at a regular meeting of the Interact Club of Presentation College Chaguanas, fifty two members were pinned. This included the Board of 10 members led by President Shiva. Attending the ceremony were members of the Rotary Club of Chaguanas (sponsor of the Interact Club). President George Preddie of the Rotary Club brought greetings and shared a bit about the history of the Interact Club. He thanked the Principal and Advisor for ensuring that the Club is functional and extended best wishes for their continued success. Youth Services Director, Rot Abriham directed the pinning ceremony and was assisted by PP Sam and IPP Ronald.

The Principal of the school Mr Gary Ribeiro was also in attendance and assisted  with the pinning of members. All the new members expressed delight in receiving the official 'pin' of Interact and pledged to abide by the rules of Interact and Rotary International. President George also handed over 3 CD's containing the Interact Handbook and By-Laws of the Interact Club to be distributed to all members.
