New additions to Gull Lake Rotary Park - brought to you by the Rotary Club of Gravenhurst
Please stroll down to our own Gull Lake Rotary Park in this beautiful fall weather to have a look at the changes and additions that are being added to
this beautiful park by your Rotary Club. The picnic shelter, which was built by Rotary in 2005 to celebrate Rotary's 100th year, is now in the process of being doubled in size. Many groups use this shelter for picnics (even weddings) so the extended covered area will add greatly to the usage year round. While in the park please check out our Rotary Friendship Circle (unfortunately graffiti has been noted on these lovely stone benches). Also, and brand new to the park is our 5-hole Frisbee golf course (photo attached). So, kids and parents and grandparents, time to challenge one another and hone your throwing skills to conquer this course. Once you have mastered it change direction and order of "holes" and create more challenges.
Still to come (and soon) will be another swing set in this same area. We, in Rotary, are very pleased to continue to enhance this park for the
enjoyment of all of us.
