Club Assembly

The vehicle registration form will need to be filled out for all speakers & guests. For Rotarians it will need to be filled out twice per year, in January and in July.. All information should be completed on the form, including the following:

• For Campus Affiliation, under Additional Information: Toggle "other", and type in "Rotary Meeting". Nothing needs to be added to the Additional Details box.
• Dates on Campus:
  • Start date: The date the form is being completed
  • End Date: June 30, 2024Parking is in Lot 3, this is the lot off of Draper Avenue (between Cornelia Street and Broad Street), on the side of Au Sable Hall (designated for off-campus parking). We cannot park in Lot 2 (this is the lot off of Cornelia Street).
