Hello Daybreakers,      
 
Our meeting this week was in the restaurant of the Mid City, and after the meeting Janey and I discussed the use of the back room with the smaller rectangle tables next time the big room is booked. Via emails, I subsequently discussed this with Amanda at the Mid City, and she is happy to try it.
 
 
As it was an assembly meeting this week, there were various discussion groups.
 
Lydia led the club’s 20th Anniversary celebrations team. It will be on the 28th July 2018, and planning phase is well underway.
 
Angela is heading up the team to update our Webpage, Facebook, and our bulletin. I look forward to hearing more on this as soon as there has been even more discussions. Regular updates, layout and content were the main issues discussed.
 
This week Harpo’s market team raised around $185 at the Civic Green Market. Not as good as the first week, but we’ll see what the next one brings.
 
The Barbie boys reported on the new trailer setup; there was a working bee last week, Sergio and Glenn showed off their concreting skills, and by all accounts the trailer is good to go for the first of the Summer Markets at Lake Pertobe on the 29th of December.
 
Next week will be a cooked breakfast in Andrew’s back yard and the cost will be $15.00
 
Please wear something festive and it is even more important this week to send your apology through to Steve on 0457 926 657 by Midday on Tuesday as we need to make sure you get a seat, and we prepare enough food.
