Hello Daybreakers, Our Guest Speakers this week were Mick Riddle, co-ordinator and two of the boys from the Clontarf Academy. Mick last spoke to us in 2014. This week he told us about of the successes that the Acedemy has had over the last few years. I was very impressed with Latrel and Zane who spoke about the life changing experiences Clontarf offers them. The boys helped out at the Soup Kitchen over the last few weeks, and are always looking for projects and events to contribute back into the community. What a fantastic program, and what a great job Mick does in supporting these boys. | ![]() |
Please don’t forget to buy your movie tickets to, “Victoria and Abdul”. It should be a fantastic movie, and we are after as much Gates Foundation money as we can possibly get – 2 for 1 to contribute toward the EndPolio Now project. I think you may well be fined if you don’t buy a ticket ! and you’re running out of time. Next week’s meeting, Sandra is on Meet & Greet, I’m expecting a very busy morning, and I look forward to seeing you all. “Making a Difference” Cheers, Jan | ![]() |
