This week Matt Northeast was recognised with a Paul Harris Fellowship with sapphire. The Paul Harris Fellowship recognises Matt's contribution to Rotary and the Rotary Foundation. The sapphire indicates that this is the second Paul Harris Fellowship that Matt has received. Congratulations to Matt.
