PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

President John Hunt opened the meeting with a warm welcome to all present and especially to distinguished visitors from Sister City Miura Japan, Masanori Tanaka (Miura City Council Department of Education) who presented President John with several cultural items from their home Rotary Club, and Hisad Matsuda, a primary school teacher in Miura.

Also especially welcomed were newly arrived Exchange Student Fabio Gomes from Brazil, host parents Svet and Russell Lineham, school friends Tim Chenoweth, Nick Young, Cody Stewart, and Vanessa and Michelle Crothers and Margaret Ross.

Great to see returning former member Michael Boyd back after time working in Queensland. We look forward to seeing lots more of Michael.

Telstra Great South Coast 2013 Science, Engineering and Technology Challenge

A review meeting will take place on Friday August 9 at 12 noon at Deakin, Timor Street.
