My first two weeks in Australia
 
Since arriving at Melbourne airport with all my friends on the other side of the planet a lot of things have changed. And I have finally started my new Australian every day/life.  
Over the last two weeks I’ve seen Tower Hill, Port Fairy, Hopkins falls, the beaches, small town restaurant and shops. I have moved to my first host family and had my first real school week. Meet a lot of new people and interesting personalities. I fell close to settled down and starting to see Warrnambool as my new home.

In my first week where I stayed with Terry we did all the organization things like creating an bank account, getting me a prepaid card for my phone  and get some school Uniform from Louise and Jules. We also went for some “sights” like the Hopkins river (falls) and to Tower Hill where I have seen my first emu.

On the first Monday after my arrival I went to Emmanuel College where they had a student who is in my class to show me around. My whole class took care of me and I have some new friendships made on the first day.

On Tuesday night I attended my first Warrnambool Rotary meeting which was really fun and I got to know many new people there. After that I went to Louise, Shane and Alice, my first host family, who were very nice to me and welcomed me well. On Thursday I went to my first “kick” at Marrivale which was really fun.

On the weekend I went to a Marrivale seniors match with Jules, Dion and Mathilde. After the match they went to Port Fairy with us and to Tower hill, where I have seen my first koala and kangaroos. This week I attended AFL and my first soccer training in Australia.
