NOTES FROM SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF
ROTARY CLUB OF WARNAMBOOL Inc.
Held on Tuesday, 15th November, 6:15pm.
RESOLUTION 1: (a Special Resolution)
“That the Club adopt the Rules and the Statement of Purpose contained in the Rules tabled at this meeting in substitution of the Club’s existing Rules and Statement of Purpose:

Resolution 2: (an Ordinary Resolution)
Prior to this resolution being put before the meeting, the Chairman brought to the attention of those present three items of business to be deal with:
1: Article 4 paragraph (b) Members of Nomination Committee:
It was recommend the following words be included: “a past president”

2: Article 6 Section1 Corporate Membership: paragraph (a)
It was recommended the following words be included: “4 nor less than 2”.

3: Article 6 Section 3 Family Active Membership:
It was recommended the following words be included: “not more than 4 members”

With these three items of business deal with, Resolution 2 was addressed:
“That the Club adopt the Bylaws tabled at this meeting in substitution of the Club’s existing Bylaws.”
