Employment - no remuneration!

Wanted, one enthusiastic scribe to report for the bulletin. You will only need to do one meeting per month and rotate with other scribes, Mary, Jim and Jules. Unfortunately, Svet is relinquishing her position as she will be on the Board next year. What you report goes into the weekly bulletin which goes out on Thursdays.

Wheelbarrow Raffle - its not too late to donate to the wheelbarrow raffle, so please bring along any new items which will fill the wheelbarrow. This is always a popular one the night. 

Louise Keogh introduced our two outbound students Sarah (going to France) and Carly (going to Switzerland). On the weekend they went to Ballarat for their final interview, at which they went well, due primarily to the time Jules and Louise spent with them explaining about Rotary and what was expected of them when they go on the exchange. The girls thanked the Club for the opportunity to be able to go overseas next year. They also thanked Jules and Louise for all the time spent with them training them for the interviews. They were excited to get their first choice countries.
The two mums Michelle and Sandy expressed their thanks to Rotary for the opportunity their girls are going to have. They thought the 2 sessions were well conducted, informative and gave them a better understanding of the exchange program.
