FRIENDSHIP AND FRIENDS (Pt 2)
One enemy is too many; and a hundred friends too few.
If friends have faith in each other, life and death are of no consequence.
(Chinese Proverb)
A good friend is one who speaks well of us behind our backs.
The best mirror is an old friend.
Friendship, the older it grows, the stronger it is.
Have patience with a friend, rather than lose him forever.
When a friend asks, there is no tomorrow.
Friendship is a plant, which must be often watered.
Lend your money and lose your friend.
Real friends are those who, when you have made a fool of yourself, don’t feel that
you’ve done a permanent job. (Erwin T. Randall)
Reminder! We are collecting 10c bottles for our projects. This is a really easy way of earning 100% profit for out club. You can utilise the app, or Brooke has business cards with the barcode on it. All you need to do is scan the barcode at the machine, then put the bottles in.
Alternatively, you can put your bottles in the bucket at each Rotary meeting, or drop them to Brooke and George's house on Kelp St.
