RUMOUR HAS IT....

Rumours were flying thick and fast at last night's meeting so here's the goss -

John Nisbet's brother Bob played 16 games with Hawthorn. John Hunt was seen hob-knobbing it at the Grand Final breakfast. Ron Bishop received extensive media coverage for the Orchid Show. Eric Williams went home last Tuesday night after Andrea's frog joke and spent most of the night down by the Merri kissing frogs with no success..... and so was John he admitted! Alan Bowes mistook John Harris for John Hunt, what were you thinking Alan? Judy Ross and Andrea Sampson were charged additional arrival tax for their recent overseas trips. Gordon Curran and all his mates out in Bushfield opposing the new NBN tower at Bushfield reserve, the old NIBBY effect. Then there were a number of Rotarians out enjoying the SW Credit Union golf day: Ian Cairns, Trevor Williams, John Nisbet and Mary Fitzgerald. David Brown couldn't play because he had to drive the drink cart. Given Brian Trenery lives just across the road, he could have come over and helped. Terry O'Neill for speaking up on behalf of BBQ's Galore against Cycling Australia for blocking off Raglan Pde for 6 hours.
