RUMOUR HAS IT

Fines Master Alan Bowes was in great form. Fining amongst others President John, who has been busy with his ocean distance swims at Anglesea, Warrnambool, and Torquay, with Lorne’s Pier to Pub coming up this weekend. Rotarian Alan located Malcolm Price at the police station and it is uncertain who was bailing who out! Michael Boyd was rightly fined for his government department’s grand new building plans, John and Betty Nisbet for having a high time in Melbourne, Lisa for spending Christmas Day in her PJ’s, Rachel for a new Christmas car, Lois for heading off to Gippsland, Marie Bennett for several mysterious traffic infringements attributed to her car, (hooning yet again Marie?), and of course Doug Maclean for having a very clever son in Bradley.

Rumour also has it that Exchange Student Fabio has taken to surfing, and that Steve Giddens has been heard on radio across Australia describing a fire down the Great Ocean Road. Scribe hopes that the washing machines sold by Richard Hawker are a tad bigger than the one that entrapped the naked hide and seek player up at Mooroopna recently! Sergeant at Arms Andrea was seen in a dragon costume at Port Fairy. Hmmm, say no more!
