INDUCTION OF GEORGE MCLEOD
Rachel Furnell introduced George to the club.
George grew up in South-east Queesnland, studied in Melbourne and has worked at HMC Consulting Engineers in Warrnambool since 2013. George's extended family all lived in Warrnambool, including his uncle, our very own Keith.
George was president of Warrnambool & District Rotaract Club from July 2016 - July 2018, being involved in a number of community projects. During his time in Rotaract he saw the charter of both the Warracknabeal and Colac Otway Rotaract clubs.
George is now keen to deep developing his career and move on to the next stage of his life, starting with joining Rotary.
President Michael Boyd inducted our new Rotarian, George McLeod, under the classification Civil and Structural Engineer. He commended George to the Four Way Test as sound principles for life and service. George will join the Youth Committee and the Membership Committee. Rotarian Ian Sharman will mentor George as he gets to know the workings of the Rotary Club of Warrnambool.
