MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS

Due to the Sariri article in the Standard Newspaper, Tony Austin has received donations towards the project; a collection of tools, $50.00, and $500.00.

Tony Austin advised that he has spoken to Roy Slater who has had 2 tumors removed from his brain. Roy is doing well and would like to thank everyone for their concern and best wishes.

Father of the Year entries are to be picked up this week. It is recommended for collectors to phone schools prior to picking up the entries. Entries to be dropped off to Ian Cairns at Brophy which is located behind the Post Office in the Ozone Car Park. If you can’t do that, bring them to next week’s meeting. Next Tuesday from 4.00pm onwards the screening process of the entries will start. Everyone who can come and help out please do so. Many eyes make light work!
