EISTEDDFOD ROSTER

Tony Austin circulated the Eisteddfod Roster and asked Rotarians to contact him if they had time to spare to help out with this event.

UPDATE ON ASTRID

Judy Ross reported that she received a brief text message from Astrid to say they had been to Ayers "Roch" and were now at Airlie Beach.

DISTRICT ASSEMBLY

Rotary District 9780 Assembly is meeting on 3 May in Stawell and registrations must be in by Monday 21 April. Anne encouraged members to attend and support Steve as he is soon to start his year as President. Brian Trenery will drive the bus if there is enough interest shown in bus transport.

COMBINED MAY RACE DAY MEETING - THURSDAY 7 MAY

This promises to be another enjoyable meeting with funds raised going to ARH. Matty Stewart will once again do a phantom race call. Our Tuesday meeting on 5 May is cancelled. Instead, on Thursday 7 May, a combined meeting is to be held at the Mid City Motel at 7:00 am. Please let Anne Adams know as soon as possible if you plan on attending.

ROTARACT

Rotaract Changeover dinner is on 15 July at Images and they are holding a Trivia Night on 17 July.

PROGRESSIVE DINNER INVITATION - ROTARY CLUB OF PORT FAIRY

You are invited to the Rotary Club of Port Fairy Progressive Dinner on 2 May at 6:30 to 10:00 pm. Cost is $20. Starting point is John Clue's residence, 6a Armstrong Court, Port Fairy. Proceeds go to the Port Fairy Hospital. Please let Judy know if you are interested in attending.
