Barefoot Bowls Evening
Judy Ross thanked everyone who attended the Barefoot Bowls evening, with a special thanks to Keith for the fine job he did of cooking the meat, and to those who brought along dessert and salads.
Port Fairy Rotary Trivia Night - 16 February
Reminder to those who are coming along to this evening. Includes dinner and trivia for $30.
Rotary Lights Project - 23 March
Brian Trenery advised that this event will be occurring on 23 March. TAFE automotive students will be helping out with the inspections.
Science and Engineering Challenge
Gordon Curran advised that this will be more costly this year due to a lack of government funding. Telstra has agreed to pay the promised donation of $4,000 from last year and will contribute again this year. It is expected the cost for the Science Challenge this year will be in the vicinity of $9,000.

Port Fairy Folk Festival
David Brown is looking for volunteers to fill some blank spots on the roster. The blank spots are:
Saturday 7.30 pm – 12.30 am
Monday 9.30 am – 1.30pm
If any one is interested there are two spots on the Monday 9.30 am – 1.30 pm that do not require additional shifts to be completed.

Rotary Foundation
Mary Fitzgerald advised Rotarians that there will be a movie night at the Capitol Cinema on Friday 13 March at 7:00. Cost will be $20 per ticket with a profit of $11 going to the Rotary Foundation to be used for the end of polio campaign. The movie will be the "The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel".
