August is Membership and Extension Month

Pippa Rea

Sergeant Andrea Sampson spoke to Rotarians about Pippa, a 9 year old Jamieson Street student, who has just been diagnosed with a rare tumour and is currently undergoing radio therapy at the Peter MacKinnon Institute. She has two brothers and her mother is single. To help out this family, a Cocktail Party and auction are being held on Saturday night. Cost $50 per head. If interested in attending, contact Andrea.

John Reid

Ian Sadler advised that he called John this morning and they had a long chat. John is in good spirits after having had a skin graft which he is confident will work well.  John is looking forward to getting back home and into his workshop. In the meantime, if you would like to have a chat with John you can get him on: 9411 7111 (Ext 610).
