MEETING CLOSE

President Steve Giddens thanked our visitors Andrew, Sarah, Bridget and Louise for coming along. He also thanked those Rotarians who worked at the recent Eisteddfod, contributing a total of 51 voluntary hours.

Rotarians were reminded to notify if they are not attending. Lack of notification puts some stress on the catering and kitchen staff. The Football Club had been expecting 39 members for dinner tonight and only 29 Rotarians turned up.

Steve passed on the Club's condolences to Andrea Sampson whose mother had passed away. This comes only a few months after the death of her father. Our thoughts are with Andrea and her family at this sad time.
