Ian Cairns excelled himself last night and not many escaped, with some members having to cough up twice! All women were fined because it was a "sad day" that Rotary Central has finally succumbed to allowing a female to join its ranks. Other infringements included: no badges, arriving late, departure/arrival tax for those who went on a holiday and not receiving postcards, Essendon followers (if you had James in your name).
