DINNER AUCTION 2015

Michael Boyd advised that after hours and hours of sweat, 285 letters went into the mail today, collectors packs have been distributed, and people can now start approaching businesses for items.

Rotarians were reminded that it is important to attach Donor detail slips to each of the items collected.

If any contact details need to be changed, or they are unable to obtain anything from the donor, please note these on the individual donor sheets, so our database can be updated for next year.

Please let donors know they could receive free advertising via our Facebook site and to keep an eye out on our Facebook (address is on the bottom of the flyer).

If you can get hold of business cards, they could be useful in confirming details as well as providing us with their web and facebook details.

Last day for collecting is 5 May.

Not everyone likes this task, but the load is shared throughout the Club to make the task as simple as possible.
