CLOSING REMARKS

PP Judy Ross thanked everyone for coming along to celebrate this very special Rotary occasion. There will be very few Rotarians worldwide, who can say they have helped a fellow Rotarian celebrate such a momentous milestone.

Judy thanked DG Stephen and Gaye for taking time in their busy schedule to join us and also Ron’s family, Peter and Judy and especially Julie and Sue who have travelled from Newcastle and Melbourne to be with their father. She thanked visitors from other Warrnambool Clubs and Peter Wilson who represented his father Ted and asked him to take our best wishes back to him.

Keith McLeod, Alan Bowes, Rachel Furnell and Robbie Blackmore were thanked for their assistance in arranging the luncheon, and also Tanya and Mick and the City Memorial staff for a wonderful day.
