CHANGEOVER LUNCH

Sergeant at Arms, PP Michael Boyd opened the meeting and welcomed guests to the meeting, including the Mayor, Michael Neoh. 

 

Michael addressed the club on behalf of the Council and thanked the Club for its hospitality. He remarked on the resilience of the community and especially the work done by the NFP sector and volunteers in the community. He congratulated President Marie and the committee for their achievements over the last 12 months,  some of which which included Father of the Year, Camp Quality, overseas work, Rotary Lights.  He wished incoming President Steve Giddens and his committee all the best for this coming year.

 

The Sergeant at Arms thanked the Mayor, then proceeded to tell a few tales about our Rotarians and some of the questions they raised as youngsters, as well as some other humorous accounts of Rotarian antics.
