WHAT YOU NEED TO DO.
 
Can’t make it to our Rotary meeting?
  1. Submit an apology to David Brown on 0438 647 536 or email: david@swcredit.com.au
 
No later than 1pm Tuesday.
 
WHY ?
  1. for catering purposes, so the club has a place set for you.
  2. Courtesy to the club attendance officers who are recording your attendance.
  3. Membership committee welfare officers won’t have to call you.
 
Bringing a guest to a club meeting?
 
How fantastic to share our fellowship with other people.
  1. You must notify David you are bringing a guest.
  2. Assists the attendance table members.
  3. Assists Chairperson when welcoming visitors. 
 
PAYMENT FOR VISITORS – you are responsible for the payment of any guests you bring, this does not include our GUEST SPEAKER or our INBOUND EXCHANGE students ONLY.
 
Hopefully this explanation is helpful to new and old members. This all helps with the smooth running of our club.
