ANNUAL DINNER AUCTION - HELP NEEDED

 
Calling all Club members to help out with this major fund raiser for our Club. Some of the things you can do to help are:
  • Organise a donation of goods or services from a business you may be involved with - cash, services, major items or small items welcome.
  • Suggestions for new ideas for fund raising are welcome.
  • Let Ian Sadler or someone on the committee know of any possible donors.
  • Start now to get a table of people together for the night.
  • Donate some items for the "Wheel Barrow" raffle.
  • Donate 1, 2 or more bottles of wine for the "Instant Wine Cellar" - bottles are already coming in - THANK YOU
  • Volunteer to collect from businesses which receive a letter from the Club and deliver the donated goods to Roy Slater's shed, or give to Roy at a meeting night.
  • Offer to assist with set up or conduct of the evening.
Date: Saturday 24 May at 6:00 pm
Venue: Warrnambool Bowls Club, Timor Street
Tickets: $30 for a 3 course meal and 2 bottles of wine per table
