Catering - Van Someren Equestrian Vaulting Event

The Rotary Club has agreed to do the catering at the van Someren Equestrian Vaulting Event to be held Saturday 15th July 2017 at the Orford Indoor Arena  1649 Tarrone Lane Orford.

The Club will be using the Port Fairy Community Food Van and net proceeds from sales of food and drink^* will go to the Rotary Club ( ^* we can sell drinks - excl. coffee/tea).

We envisage a small set-up / pull-down team plus two shifts of three volunteers for 3 hours to serve food. 

Adrian Crosier and Bernie Waixel have volunteered to deliver and setup the food van on the Friday afternoon (14th July) and pull it down on Saturday afternoon (15th July) after the conclusion of the event.
