Who Should Attend?

RMB National Conference 2026 is for business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals who believe profit and purpose aren't competing priorities — they're partners. You believe in Service Above Self, but you also know strong businesses build strong communities. Whether you're scaling a company, leading a club, or exploring a new RMB chapter, you'll find your people here.

Why should I attend?

1

Networking built on trust

Speed connections, industry roundtables, and small-group mastermind sessions — every rotation, every table, every conversation has a purpose.

2

Decision-makers who share your values

Every attendee is a vetted business owner, executive, or community leader who operates with integrity — not cold leads.

3

A multi-state network

Connect with Rotarians and business leaders from Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Ohio, and beyond.

4

Build the next RMB chapters

The Chapter Expansion Workshop gives you a playbook to launch or grow an RMB chapter in your community.

5

Sponsors who invest in community

Every sponsor and exhibitor believes in Rotary's mission — you're learning from organizations that put their money where their values are.

6

Referrals, not just business cards

Every structured session includes a clear referral ask — walk away with warm introductions and relationships that last.
