A Word from Our President

Andre and Vania, RMB Midwest Board MembersWhen I look at what we're building and where we're headed, one thing is clear: this is not simply another conference.

Rotary Means Business has grown into something bigger than I originally imagined. It has become a national community of Rotarians and business leaders who believe that the relationships we build can also strengthen our businesses, our clubs, and our ability to serve.

This inaugural national conference represents the next step in that journey. Over these two days, you'll experience why we gather, what we are working to accomplish, and where Rotary Means Business is headed.

My hope is that you leave with more than new connections. I hope you leave with a clear understanding of the platform we have worked so hard to build for you—and with renewed momentum to strengthen your business, your club, your district, and your team in the year ahead.

Thank you for being part of this beginning. Together, we are building something that will impact Rotary and the business community for years to come.

I look forward to welcoming you to Glen Ellyn.

— Andre Adams, Director, Rotary Means Business Global Fellowship

Why attend?

This isn’t another sit-and-listen event. Every session is built to produce relationships and referrals you’ll still be acting on weeks later.

Who should attend?

Business professional networking over dinner

Business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals — plus club presidents, young professionals, district leaders, and current or prospective RMB chapter leaders.

Not your usual conference

This isn’t a sit-and-listen event. You choose how you spend the day, everyone takes part, and you leave with real relationships and ideas you can use Monday morning.

How the day works

One room to open and close — and in between, you choose the activities that fit you. The Business Marketplace is open all day.

Open together Morning · pick 2 activities Lunch + Marketplace Afternoon · pick 2 activities Close together

Every activity is a small, hands-on round — facilitated tables and rotating conversations, never a lecture.

The Business Marketplace

The Marketplace runs underneath the entire day — the place where connection actually happens.

Move through experiences built to spark real relationships: a Connections Lounge for unhurried conversation, an Opportunity Wall where you post what you offer and what you need, sponsor and vendor booths matched to the people in the room, an Impact Wall and Story Booth, and a National Map showing just how far this movement reaches.

What the two days look like?

Friday: Chapter Builder Workshop · Opening Welcome · Evening social at TopGolf Naperville

Saturday: Opening session · Interactive activity blocks · Networking lunch · The Business Marketplace · Collaboration & mentoring
