About NKRC
Our story
New Kingston.
A shared commitment to service.
Since 2004, the Rotaract Club of New Kingston has brought young professionals together to give back to society and build friendships through service.
We are a non-profit club for people aged 18 and over, connected to the Rotary Club of New Kingston and the wider Rotary and Rotaract family in District 7020.

Our beginnings
Two dates.
One beginning.
Our first board was installed on 1 April 2004, the date we celebrate as our charter day. The club was officially chartered on 7 April 2004, with the charter signed off by Dr Garth Alexander, then President of the Rotary Club of New Kingston.
Our nickname, Service Ninjas, reflects the practical work our members do in the community and the skills they develop along the way.
What brings us together
Fellowship through service.
Service Above Self
We put service to our communities at the heart of what we do.
Friendship & growth
We build friendships as we serve, with opportunities to develop professional and leadership skills.
A wider connection
We share Rotary’s commitment to peace, health, education, clean water, local economies and the environment.
