Share The Dignity
Share the Dignity is a charity in Australia, that works to make a real difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or doing it tough. They distribute period products to women, girls, and anyone who menstruates who needs support. When someone is doing it tough, the last thing on their mind should be dealing with their period.
The Rotary Club of Colac supports Share the Dignity in Colac and all donated products are delivered to local organisations to support our local community.
Share The Dignity - March 2025 Campaign
The Share the Dignity drive is back on and boxes will be located at Woolworths and Blooms the Chemist Colac throughout the month of March.
We're asking our local community to purchase and donate period products and incontinence aids and place them in the pink boxes at Woolies and Blooms the Chemist Colac.
This is to ensure those experiencing or at risk of homelessness, domestic violence or poverty don't have to risk their health go through indignity of using other items in place of period products.
All period products and incontinence aids collected through the Dignity Drive will be distributed to local charity partners, those who are supporting our most vulnerable Community members.
If you are shopping at either store please consider adding a product for the pink box.
