Our Tuesday, February 1st meeting was a club assembly with the major topic of discussion being the "We Care" program and whether or not it is something that our club should implement.
We broke into three groups, each brainstorming one area of the program. Each group then presented their thoughts to the members. The general consensus was this is not rocket science and is basically how the club should operate. The main difference is that if the program is implemented, it's there in black and white and thus easier track our progress and monitor the results.
