The City of Coppell recently welcomed Ryan M. Arthur as its new Fire Chief, succeeding longtime Chief Kevin Richardson, who retired after 33 years of service. Chief Arthur brings more than two decades of fire service experience, extensive leadership credentials, and a lifelong passion for helping others. With a strong background in emergency services, fire operations, and public administration, he is well prepared to lead the Coppell Fire Department into its next chapter.
