Lou Steinberg awarded Tom Norton his Paul Harris +6.  Congratulations and thank you for setting a  good example for the rest of the club.
 
Chris Woodruff let us know that the Fall District Assembly is on October 10th from 9-11 a.m.  The main speaker is our Rotary International President Holger Knaack.
 
Carl Alm and Mark Larson would like to let us know that they are on the lookout for speakers for our club.
 
A celebration of life for Pete Morell is scheduled for August 12th from 3:00 – 4:00 pm at Island Grove Arena.
 
Tim Coons won the scavenger hunt with his family’s homemade apple butter.
 
Kim Larson had a video totally out of character.  Every Memorial Day their family brands cattle.  Three years ago, she is branding cattle with exchange student from Slovakia, Dominic.

Dear Fellow Rotarians:
 
This is my first attempt using the email feature of Clubrunner - so forgive me if this does not go as planned!
 
As most of you know, I have the honor of leading Adeo (formerly known as Greeley Center for Independence), an organization that was founded by Hope Cassidy more than 40 years ago. We support people with brain injuries and other disabilities to live in the community. 
 
This year, in light of the global pandemic, we are raising awareness and funds for the work we do by hosting a two week virtual Walk, Run or Roll (wheelchairs and bicycles both count) event. 
 
I am writing to ask you to consider supporting our work by registering for this event at the level that works for you. If you are like me, you are taking the opportunity to spend time outdoors as much as possible. Log your miles with our event and you will support us while doing what makes you feel good.
