“It takes only one: if you want to change the world, start by changing the life of a child.”  

 

That’s what Minneapolis University Rotary Club member Floriane Nibakure is doing with the Nibakure Community Village in her native Rwanda. NCV offers early childhood education through grade 6 and adult education. Agriculture and livestock projects sustain support for students and the organization.  Rotary has supported NCV since 2009. NCV continues to build towards the future with a school building, water and agricultural projects, and vocational training programs.
