Friend of Rotary John VanTongeren and Rotarian, Niels Frederiksen recently installed three new book shelves in the Pender Harbour Reading Centre.
Frederiksen crafted the cabinets, with materials purchased by the Pender Harbour Rotary Club.
The Pender Harbour Reading Centre is open Tuesday - Saturday 11am -2pm - and offers an comprehensive array of titles.
