Pender Harbour Rotary president elect Sarah Johnson (r) & PHR Treasurer Kathy Riches (c) presented a cheque for $800. to Pender Harbour Music Society treasurer & Board member Kathleen Barlow. Funds raised through the clubs online 50/50 draw from March & April, will help fund the PHMS Youth and indigenous program.
The ongoing music concert/workshops are provided to the Madeira Park Elementary School, and Pender Harbour Secondary School. In addition a class of Sechelt Secondary students attend the PHSS student concert/workshops.
The PH Rotary Club proved an additional $1,000. to fund this worthy project.
