Pender Harbour Health Center Executive Director Nick Gaskin recently received a cheque for $880. from PH Rotary President Sarah Johnson.
Proceeds from the Rotary Rocks 50/50 draw. This money will be earmarked for a new AED (Automated External Defibrillator) as the current one at the Health Center is coming to the end of its lifespan and needs to be replaced within the year.
In addition winner Ken Reynolds of Garden Bay donated back his earnings to the Health Center, for this valuable piece of equipment.
