Legacy Mushrooms, is a local business located on Garden Bay Rd. founded by Craig Dunn, a passionate advocate for the incredible potential of mushrooms in diet and cooking. Over the last few years he has built his business with a goal of creating a healthy, positive & lasting impact on the people it serves.

presented a overview for the business: the process of growing with samples and slides. Followed by where the company is heading.
Legacy Mushrooms are available for sale at our local IGA stores, Clayton’s, Independent and most recently Urban Fare and Quality Foods in Parksville.
They currently produce 60 pounds of various gourmet mushrooms per day, and hope to increase volume to 100 lbs by spring 2026.
