We recently got the OK on our application for a matching grant from Foundation to further the ongoing trails project.

Here's the word from Dave Hamilton, Chair, District Simplified Grants:

Congratulations . . .

The District Simplified Grant application submitted by your club has been approved for a $1,000.00 matching grant. Please share this good news with all of your Club members; it helps make Rotarians aware that some of the money that they donate to our charity, the Rotary Foundation, makes its way back to your community in the form of a District Simplified Grant.

I further ask that you involve the media as much as possible so that the residents of Madeira Park are aware that Rotary truly does make a difference in your community with your Trails Signage project.
