Thank you to everyone for contributing to the annual Whisky tasting event.
Most importantly, the attendees and all the local businesses and individuals for their outstanding generosity.
This year's event raised over $12,000 for youth programs in our Harbour.
Special thanks to event chair Linda Tamm for all her organizational work, to Jim McKnight for his master of ceremony role, to Bill Charlton for keeping it all flowing , Lynn Charlton for organizing the servers, John King, for getting every dollar he could for the fine selection of Live Auction items, Lorraine Wareham for the 50/50, Wayne Stremel for the wine squares and Jane Blaiklock and Sarah Johnston for getting everyone in the door and seated. Special thanks to the RC Legion 112 for being the ultimate hosts.
People were genuinely surprised to learn of the award winning whiskies from our own back door.
