At the meeting of November 9th,  15 were in attendance including Laura Dever, a prospective member.  The program was cancelled late due to a medical issue in the speaker's family.
 
Fortunately there was a very productive board meeting before the regular meeting, so there were a lot of items to be presented to the club for discussion.
 
Roxanne has been looking at alternatives for a lunch spot and has worked out a deal with Bunkers.   The board decided on a trial basis starting November 16th and continuing through the regular meetings in December to meet there.   There will be 3 menu options to order from and the meeting will be held upstairs.
 
Roxanne has also been organizing a Christmas Party on December 7th to be held at the Finley Point Restaurant.
It will be more formal than the last few years.  Details are still pending with the cost expected to be $ 50 per person.  Please RSVP to Roxanne at rduckworth@glacierbank.com or text 672-5141.
 
Bret is organizing the annual bell-ringing for the to benefit Helping Hands.  December 4th and 17th will be at Super 1 and December 12 at Wal-Mart.  Contact him at 885-2738 for more details.
 
Brooke has been working on a Rotary Youth Exchange with a local student who has expressed an interest in traveling abroad for the junior year of high school.  Part of the Exchange involves finding 3 families to host an incoming student for 3 months each, so any interested families (including non-Rotarians) should contact her for more information.
